Co-education is that education in which boys and girls read in a common college or school and study together in the same classes. In ancient times boys and girls of young age were kept separated from each other. Thus was thought essential to maintain the purity of their character. That is why so many of our elders were against co-education because  they think young boys and girls come closer , became friends and not pay attention towards their studies and subjects.
In spite of bad effects there are some good too. In free democratic India, along with the boys, girls must be educated. It’s uneconomical to run separate schools for boys and girls because of inadequate number of girls. Through co-education healthy spirit of working together is developed.
Coeducation has no disadvantages at any stage of education even it has many advantages that can’t be filled though non co-education providing schools. NPIC is a Co- education providing school known as Best School in LDA.

Things needed to be changed in school

Best School in LDA & people views about Schools Schools are not factory where mere parrots are trained and every year mechanics in forms of students are produced. We need a system where quantity of education and subjects are not imposed on students but quality of education is delivered. Some of the changes which need to be changed in the school are listed here. These changes can result in start of better education and better future. 1.       Seeing beyond grades: the present system marks excellence on basis of marks secured by students.
