Schools are not factory where mere parrots are trained and every year mechanics in forms of students are produced. We need a system where quantity of education and subjects are not imposed on students but quality of education is delivered. Some of the changes which need to be changed in the school are listed here. These changes can result in start of better education and better future.
1.      Seeing beyond grades: the present system marks excellence on basis of marks secured by students. The demarcating line is marks one who score above 90 is considered intelligent one who score between 70-90 are good up to 60 average and below that idiot who cannot learn. We need to change this mentality.
2.      Making learning practical: only theoretical knowledge is not going to be of much use. Student should be taught in such way that there study can find a place out of class room.
3.      Teaching students to think and to create new global digital communication. Teaching subjects in such a way that we can get rid of two culture binary.
 Move of extra curricular should be introduced only study makes student dull and pulls them away from studies. Restoring of things like sports,arts,music,dance should take place only one period a week is not going to help. These were the views of people about Best School in LDA.
