The one, after the parents,  who know a child better, is his/her  Teacher. 
The way action without direction is worthless in same way, a student without a teacher is hopeless. The teacher not only guide, nurture, provide direction but also motivate and help them to achieve their desired goal. A teacher is one who treats every student his/her child,  solving all the tackles and opening  new doors for future. 
He/she is the one,  who play the role of father and mother , depending  upon the situation  and behavior  of the student.

I would like give an example : "when I was in class 12th there was a accounts teacher,  who used to punish me when I didn't completed given homework,  used to call my parents when I took leave
I felt very bad,  and I used to avoid facing him. He made me wait after school to make me complete my homework,  I thought he is bias,  and only punish me and not others. And even I fail in his subject during pre boards, though I worked hard according  to me. So  this made me to do more practice and guys you won't  believe when I saw my 12th board account's result I was shocked because this time I was not fail but I got 85/100, this made me realize  that whatever  my teacher did to me was for my benefit.
And I realized  that without his effort I would have not perform the way  I performed. It is the only reason why its Best School in LDA for me.

Things needed to be changed in school

Best School in LDA & people views about Schools Schools are not factory where mere parrots are trained and every year mechanics in forms of students are produced. We need a system where quantity of education and subjects are not imposed on students but quality of education is delivered. Some of the changes which need to be changed in the school are listed here. These changes can result in start of better education and better future. 1.       Seeing beyond grades: the present system marks excellence on basis of marks secured by students. The demarcating line is marks one who score above 90 is considered intelligent one who score between 70-90 are good up to 60 average and below that idiot who cannot learn.
